Mint preserves your waste thanks to its vacuum system. Delivered with its activated carbon filter, Mint guarantees odourless and gnat-free sorting. Lime is a simplified version of Mint. Its activated carbon filter limits odours during sorting. Lime does not have a vacuum system.

The filters for Lime should be changed every 6 months.

Once you’ve emptied Mint, simply wash it with soap and water (black soap, apple vinegar or washing-up liquid). Cleaning vinegar has the advantage of neutralising smells. Rinse the bin well after cleaning. Mint and Lime are not suitable for the dishwasher. Avoid abrasive sponges and corrosive soaps. Avoid abrasive sponges and corrosive soaps. To simplify the task, you can also unclip the lid.

Lime does not meet the Müllex standard. That’s why we made it so beautiful, there’s no need to hide it.

Our compost bins are designed for indoor use. You can keep your bin in your kitchen without being bothered by smells or gnats. We do not recommend placing our bins outdoors. Weather variations could shorten their lifespan.

klode’s bins be used with or without a compostable bag. A 7 litre bag is recommended. For further information, please consult the User’s Guide.
